- Softball Falls to Shepherd; Earns Third Seed in PSAC TournamentSHEPHERDSTOWN, W.V.- The West Chester University softball team (30-20, 18-13) returned to action on Saturday for a doubleheader on the final day of the regular season at the home of the PSACs Southern-most member in Shepherd (23-26, 13-18). West Chester dropped the first game of the day in an 11-inning epic before having game two called due to darkness in the fourth. The second game of the twinbill will not be resumed as seeding was determined due to other games already completed on Saturday afternoon.
- Softball Earns Crucial Senior Day Split vs KutztownWEST CHESTER, Pa.- The West Chester University softball team (30-19, 18-12) remained home on Friday afternoon for a Senior Day battle against an old rival in Kutztown (29-20, 17-13). West Chester concluded its home regular-season slate on Friday with a 7-4 comeback victory in game one before dropping the nightcap by a 9-3 final to split the season series with the Golden Bears.

- Softball Picks up Split at Bloomsburg, Wins Season Series Over HuskiesBLOOMSBURG, Pa.- Madison Melvin (Tabernacle, N.J./Seneca) picked up four hits to tie Bri Garber's PSAC career hit record (320), while Katelyn Rittenbaugh (Donaldson, Pa./Pine Grove) logged three hits of her own to help West Chester (27-18, 15-11) to a doubleheader split at Bloomsburg (27-16, 14-10) on Saturday afternoon. West Chester dropped game one by a 4-3 final before rolling to a 6-2 victory in game two of the twinbill to split the doubleheader and win the season series 3-1 over the Huskies.
- Softball Drops Pair at No. 14 East StroudsburgSTROUDSBURG, Pa.-Winners of six of its last eight and three in a row, the West Chester University softball team (26-17, 14-10) took to the road on Friday afternoon to square off against No. 14 East Stroudsburg (36-12, 19-8) in a key battle not only for positioning in the PSAC East but also in the Atlantic Region, as the season nears its final week. West Chester led for much of the day in game one but fell victim to a late-game comeback, falling by a 4-3 final before dropping the nightcap by a 5-1 final.

West Chester used a pair of late-game offensive outbursts to sweep the doubleheader from Millersville, winning game one by a 9-6 final before capturing the nightcap by a 9-7 final.
- Softball Splits Doubleheader vs Lock Haven; Wins Season SeriesWEST CHESTER, Pa.- After needing just 10 innings to complete a sweep of Mansfield yesterday afternoon, the West Chester University softball team (24-15, 12-8) returned to action on Sunday for a doubleheader against Lock Haven (13-21, 9-23). West Chester dropped the opener by a 3-1 final but won the nightcap by a 5-3 final score to split the doubleheader and win the season series after sweeping a doubleheader at Lock Haven earlier this season.
