Men's Golf Finishes in Tie for Second at Metropolitan IntercollegiateWEST ORANGE, N.J.- Patrick Carl (Mount Airy, Md./South Carroll) used a birdie on the par-four ninth and an eagle on the par-five 10th to shoot a 77 and finish third (+7; 70, 77; 147) on the individual leaderboard at the Metropolitan Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon. Carl was one of two Golden Rams in the top-10 as he was joined by Evan Jozwiak (Sinking Spring, Pa./Wilson) in sixth at +9 (74, 75; 149) and helped lead West Chester to a second-place team finish with a 36-hole score of 609 (295, 314). West Chester led after day one but shot a 314 on day two as Seton Hall stormed back to capture the team title by three strokes over the Golden Rams in the final Tournament of the fall season.
Men's Golf First After Opening Round of Metropolitan IntercollegiateWEST ORANGE, N.J.-Playing in its first Tournament since winning the PSAC Championship earlier this month, the West Chester University men's golf team shot an opening round 295 to take an early lead at the Metropolitan Intercollegiate at Montclair Golf Club in Northern New Jersey on Monday afternoon.
- Men's Golf to Conclude Fall Slate at Metropolitan Intercollegiate ChampionshipsMONTCLAIR, N.J.- Fresh off its first PSAC Championship since 2018, the West Chester University men's golf team will return to the course for the final time in 2025 on Monday for the opening round of the Metropolitan Intercollegiate Championships at Montclair Golf Club in West Orange, New Jersey. The first round of the two-day, 36-hole Tournament is set to begin on Monday at 11 a.m. with the Golden Rams starting their Tournament on holes 10, 11, 12, and 13.

Men's Golf Captures Sixth PSAC Championship; First Since 2018LEBANON, Pa.- With a final round of 297, the West Chester University men's golf team captured its sixth PSAC Championship in team history and its first since 2018, finishing the Tournament with a 54-hole score of 891 (295, 299, 297; 891). This Championship, aside from being the Golden Rams' first under head coach Chris Merce and the first since 2018, also punches the Golden Rams' ticket to the NCAA Atlantic/East Regional Championships in May, as the Golden Rams finished the Tournament four strokes clear of Pitt-Johnstown (895) and nine strokes clear of 2024 Champion Gannon (900).

 - Roth, Men's Golf Second After Second Round at PSAC ChampionshipsLEBANON, Pa.- Paul-Arthur Roth (Virginia Beach, Va./Frank W. Cox) is second on the individual leaderboard at even-par through 36 holes after shooting a one-under 71 in his second round to help lead the West Chester University men's golf team on Saturday afternoon at the PSAC Championships. With 36 of 54 holes complete, the West Chester University men's golf team is second on the team leaderboard with a two-day score of 594 (295, 299) after firing a 299 in the second round on Saturday. West Chester is just eight strokes back of Pitt-Johnstown heading into the final round on Sunday.

 - Men's Golf Set for PSAC Championships at Iron Valley; First Round Set for Friday AfternoonLEBANON, Pa.- In the midst of an excellent fall season, the West Chester University men's golf team is preparing for the 2025 edition of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championships, which are set to be held once again at Iron Valley Golf Club in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The 54-hole Tournament, which will call Iron Valley home for the fourth year in a row, is slated to begin on Friday morning and will conclude after the third round on Sunday.

 - Men's Golf Finishes Third at Davenport Panther InvitationalAUGUSTA, MI.- Yamato Kimura (Kuwana Mie, Japan/Monteverde Academy) shot a two-under 69 on Sunday to climb from 16th into fifth place with a 36-hole score of one-over (74, 69; 143) on the individual leaderboard and help West Chester finish third on the team leaderboard with back-to-back 291s and a 36-hole score of 582 in its final tune-up before the PSAC Championships next weekend.

 - Men's Golf Set for Davenport Panther InvitationalAUGUSTA, MI.- The West Chester University men's golf team will return to the course this weekend for a final Tournament before the PSAC Men's Golf Championships at Iron Valley, when the team heads to Michigan for the Davenport Panther Invitational at Stoatin Brae Golf Club. First round action is set to begin with an 11 a.m. shotgun on Saturday morning.
