- Blair Named to CSC Academic All-District Squad; First Golden Ram Honored Since 2018-19WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The Collegiate Sports Communicators released their Academic All-District team on Wednesday morning, and Dylan Blair (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) was named to the All-District squad in recognition of his efforts on the court and in the classroom throughout the 2024-25 season.
- Men's Basketball Falls to #3 Virginia State in Opening Round of NCAA Tournament, 80-64WEST LIBERTY, W.Va.- Playing in its first NCAA Tournament since 2019, the sixth-seeded West Chester University men's basketball team (23-7) was back in action on Saturday afternoon vs third-seeded Virginia State (22-8). Taking on the CIAA Tournament Champion Trojans on a neutral court for the first time in program history, West Chester trailed by 13 at the half and, despite a valiant second-half comeback, fell by an 80-64 final.

- Bill Zwaan to be Inducted into Delaware County Sports Hall of Fame in AprilWEST CHESTER, Pa.-The Delaware County Sports Hall of Fame has selected its latest group of esteemed athletes with ties to Delaware County for its 2025 Hall of Fame Class. Among the inductees is legendary football coach Bill Zwaan, who led the Golden Rams for 21 seasons until his retirement at the end of the 2023 season. Zwaan will enter the Delaware County Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, April 27 alongside Karen Emas Borbee, Jim Connor, Peggy Cellucci, Elizabeth Curran, Rocco Fantazzi, Jen Freemas, Gene Fieger, Casey Grugan, Cynthia Howard, Barry Kirsch, Kristen Mastroprieto, Ed Monaghan, and Don Saleski.

- Men's Golf Finishes 14th at Battle at Rum PointeBERLIN, Md.- The West Chester University men's golf team was back on the course on Saturday for the second and final round of the Battle at Rum Pointe at Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links in Berlin, Maryland. Connor Strine (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) shot a four-over 75 to finish 29th individually and lead West Chester to a 14th-place finish against an excellent field comprised of mostly Division I programs.
- Men's Golf Ninth After Opening Round of Battle at Rum PointeBERLIN, Md.- The West Chester University men's golf team was back on the course on Friday for the opening round of the Battle at Rum Pointe at the Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links in Berlin, Maryland. Competing against a primarily Division I field, West Chester is tied for ninth on the team leaderboard after day one with a 303 team score, while Colgate and Fairfield are tied for first at 288.

- Demesy, Henry, and Mazurek Sweep PSAC Men's Swimming Postseason AwardsLOCK HAVEN, Pa.- On the heels of its 37th PSAC Championship and another strong showing at the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships, the West Chester University men's swimming and diving squad swept the PSAC Postseason awards as Paul Demesy (Saint Ulrich, France) repeated as Athlete of the Year, Christian Henry (York, Pa./Central York) earned Rookie of the Year honors, and head coach Steve Mazurek was named Coach of the Year.
- Demesy Finishes Second in 1650 Free on Final Night of NCAA Division II ChampionshipsINDIANAPOLIS- Paul Demesy (Saint Ulrich, France) was the national-runner up in the 1650 free in a conference-record setting time of 15 minutes and 4.21 seconds to help lead the West Chester University men's swimming and diving squad on the final day of the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships at the DII Winter Championships Festival in Indianapolis on Saturday evening.

- Women's Golf Competes in Opening Round of Alvernia Spring Invitational; Play Suspended Due to WeatherMOHNTON, Pa.- The West Chester University women's golf team was back in action on Monday afternoon for the opening round of the Alvernia Spring Invitational at Ledgerock Golf Club. Due to inclement weather moving into the area in the late afternoon, teams were unable to complete the opening round as only one group played a full 18 holes on Monday. The remaining groups will finish their opening rounds tomorrow morning before playing the second and final round.

Competing in the first session, West Chester finished seventh overall with a 192.275, which was the Golden Rams second highest score of the season.

Alyson Cutter (Warrington, Pa./C.B. South) and Jacqueline Graham (Toms River, N.J./Toms River North) joined Haughey and Matter on the Second and Third teams, respectively.
