- Late-Inning Heroics Lift No. 14/21 Baseball to Doubleheader Sweep, Season Series Split vs ShepherdWEST CHESTER, Pa.- Looking to bounce back from a road sweep at Shepherd (18-19, 6-10) and salvage a split of the season series against the Rams, No. 14/21 West Chester (28-9, 10-6) was back in action against the Rams on a nearly perfect April afternoon on South Campus. West Chester came back to win game one by an 8-3 final, scoring six runs in the last two innings before posting a 6-5 walk-off victory in eight innings in the nightcap.
- No. 14/21 Baseball Drops First Two Games of Series at ShepherdSHEPHERDSTOWN, W.V.- The No. 14/21 West Chester University baseball team (26-9, 8-6) returned to action on Sunday at Shepherd (18-17, 6-8) in search of a pair of wins to open its series against the Rams. Shepherd swept the doubleheader from the Golden Rams, capturing game one by a 2-1 final before winning the nightcap by an 8-2 final thanks to a big five-run fourth inning.

- Blair Named to CSC Academic All-District Squad; First Golden Ram Honored Since 2018-19WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The Collegiate Sports Communicators released their Academic All-District team on Wednesday morning, and Dylan Blair (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown West) was named to the All-District squad in recognition of his efforts on the court and in the classroom throughout the 2024-25 season.
- Men's Basketball Falls to #3 Virginia State in Opening Round of NCAA Tournament, 80-64WEST LIBERTY, W.Va.- Playing in its first NCAA Tournament since 2019, the sixth-seeded West Chester University men's basketball team (23-7) was back in action on Saturday afternoon vs third-seeded Virginia State (22-8). Taking on the CIAA Tournament Champion Trojans on a neutral court for the first time in program history, West Chester trailed by 13 at the half and, despite a valiant second-half comeback, fell by an 80-64 final.

Glenn Killinger Football Foundation Hall of Fame announced its Class of 2024 back in the fall. That class will officially be inducted this Saturday during the Hall of Fame Banquet at the WCU Foundation Ballroom. Cottrell InvitationalWEST CHESTER, Pa.- Adam MacMillan (Cranbury, N.J./Princeton) and Connor Strine (Lancaster, Pa./Manheim Township) finished inside the top-20 with 36-hole scores of +17 (74, 83; 157) and +18 (76, 82; 158), respectively to lead the West Chester University men's golf team at the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks in West Chester this week. Strine carded the lowest score of any Golden Ram in the final round with an 82 to help West Chester finish eighth on the team leaderboard with a two-day score of 649 (314, 335).

Roberts), Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary), and Tyler Czeiner (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) were all recognized by the Association for their efforts in the pool and in the classroom.

Cottrell InvitationalWEST CHESTER, Pa.- Morgan Kunze (Limerick, Pa./Spring Ford) shot an 11-over 82 in challenging cold conditions on Tuesday afternoon to lead West Chester in the second round of the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks in West Chester. Kunze's 82 followed an 81 (+ 21; 81, 82; 163) in the first round as she climbed from eighth on the leaderboard after day one to fourth as she helped West Chester finish third with a two-day score of 680 (329, 351).

Cottrell InvitationalWEST CHESTER, Pa.- Kirsten Vanderhorst (Gambrills, Md./Bishop McNamara) fired an eight-over 79 to sit in a tie for fourth and lead West Chester in the opening round of the Dr. Edwin B.
