WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The West Chester University women's track and field program is finishing its preparations for a packed weekend of competition at the Widener Classic, where the team will compete over the weekend on Friday and Saturday. The squad will start on Friday in Philadelphia and finish out the competition on Saturday.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The West Chester University women's track and field squad was back in action this weekend competing in three meets over the span of two days. West Chester began its busy weekend on Staten Island at the Fast Track National Invite before competing in split squad action on Saturday at nearby Ursinus for the Frank Colden Invite and in Boston for the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational.

PHILADELPHIA-Annika Hummel (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg Area) captured the pole vault crown with a mark of 11 feet 11 ¾ inches (4.65m) with a season-best, which also serves as an NCAA Provisional qualifying mark to lead the West Chester University women's track and field squad at the Widener Evening Invite this weekend.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The West Chester University women's track and field team is finishing its preparations for its second meet of 2025 this weekend. The team will compete at the Widener Evening Invite on Friday and Saturday evening. West Chester will start its weekend at the Ott Center at the University of Pennsylvania on Friday for the track events and select field events before competing in throws at Widener on Saturday evening.
