We'll cover how to pull reports based on specific criteria such as department or advisor, professor/course section, and GPA. Additionally, we’ll explore end-of-term reporting, which allows advisors and departments to categorize students for academic warning, probation, or dismissal. Navigate will also be your go-to tool for reporting on end-of-semester tasks, including: Pulling GPA reports to identify high-achieving students for recognition. Analyzing DF (D or F grade) data, filtered by student and course departments, to identify trends and intervene early. Tracking and notifying students with NG (No Grade) or IP (In Progress) statuses to ensure timely completion of their coursework. By the end of this training, you'll be equipped with the skills to generate meaningful reports that will help support student achievement and improve departmental outcomes.
