Softball Announces Non-League Schedule Changes
WEST CHESTER, Pa.- Head coach Diane Lokey and the West Chester University softball team have announced the following changes to their schedule because of the rain that moved through the area yesterday afternoon.
WEST CHESTER, Pa.- Head coach Diane Lokey and the West Chester University softball team have announced the following changes to their schedule because of the rain that moved through the area yesterday afternoon.
Due to the rain yesterday, West Chester had its doubleheader vs Wilmington suspended entering the bottom of the third inning in the first game of the doubleheader. The Golden Rams and Wildcats will now resume their doubleheader on Tuesday, April 9 beginning at 2 p.m.
As a result of this change, West Chester's game against Jefferson, originally scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start on April 9 has been cancelled.
West Chester will return to action tomorrow afternoon against East Stroudsburg beginning at 1 p.m.
