fired a three-under 67 on Monday afternoon to sit just one stroke back of the lead on the individual leaderboard after the first round of the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks Golf Club in West Chester.

Strine, who carded three of his four birdies on the back nine, including birdies on back-to-back holes (par-five 12th and par-three 13th), is one of two Golden Rams in the top-10 after the first round as he is joined by Jacob Sokalsky (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley), who sits in a tie for seventh after shooting a two-over 72 on Monday afternoon.
