Men's Golf Finishes Third at Marauder Invitational; Sokalsky Finishes in Tie for Fourth

LEBANON, Pa.-Jacob Sokalsky (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) shot an even-par 72 in the second round on Monday afternoon to finish in a tie for fourth with a 36-hole score of seven-over (151; 79, 72), leading West Chester individually at the Marauder Invitational at Iron Valley. Sokalsky was one of two Golden Rams in the top-10 when play concluded on Monday as Evan Jozwiak (Sinking Spring, Pa./Wilson), who sat in a tie for fourth after the first round, finished in a tie for seventh at nine-over (153; 77, 76) to help guide West Chester to a third-place team finish. Goldey-Beacom claimed its second team title in as many Tournaments with a two-day score of 602 (299, 302), while West Chester was close behind with a 619 (321, 298) after a 23-stroke improvement from the opening round.
