Second Round of Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational Cancelled Due to Rain
WEST CHESTER, Pa.- Due to rain and course conditions, the second round of the Dr. Edwin B. Cottrell Invitational, scheduled for an 8 a.m. shotgun start, has been canceled. The results from the opening round will serve as the final results.

On the men's side, Tim Peters of Millersville hoisted the Individual crown, while Goldey Beacom won the men's team title by a stroke (286-287) over West Chester. On the women's side, California (Pa.) claimed the team title with an opening-round score of 334, and Ari Kaser won the individual crown with an opening-round score of 78 (+8). Kaser won a tiebreak over Madilyn Siuta (Coopersburg, Pa./Quakertown) by virtue of a 38 on the back nine, while Siuta carded a 40 after shooting a 38 on her front nine.
West Chester returns to action on Sunday for the opening round of the Marauder Invitational at Iron Valley Golf Club in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
