It looks at the building of the new Chicano identity and the different movements, including the farm workers movement led by Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta, Corky Gonzalez and the Crusade for Justice in Colorado, the Los Angeles high school student walk out, and the La Raza Unida party in Texas.
