Add/Drop Period (7B)

Fall: Session 7B (2nd 7-Weeks)

Students can add or drop courses from their RamPortal account during this time for Session 7B (2nd 7-Weeks), as long as they do not have any holds. To add a course, it must be available and the student must meet all prerequisite requirements. Any classes that are dropped will be removed from the student record.

100% Tuition/Fee Adjustment for Session Withdrawals (7B) Fall: Session 7B (Second 7-Weeks) Students can withdraw from Session 7B (Second 7-Weeks) and be eligible for a 100% tuition and fee adjustment. Any Session 7B (Second 7-Weeks) courses that are dropped will be removed from the record.

Last Day to Elect a Grading Basis of Audit or Pass/Fail Fall: Session 01 (Full 15-Weeks) Today is the last day students can elect a grading basis of Audit or pass/ fail for courses occurring in Session 01 (Full 15-Weeks). Not all courses are eligible for Pass/Fail basis. The Pass/Fail Course Request form must be completed in full and submitted to the Office of the Registrar.

Course Withdrawal Period (7B) Fall: Session 7B (2nd 7-Weeks) Students can withdraw from an individual course through their RamPortal account and be issued a non-punitive grade of ""W"" for courses occurring in Session 7B (2nd 7-Weeks).

Last Day for Session Withdrawal (10A) Fall: Session 10A (First 10-Weeks) Today is the last day students can withdraw from ALL courses occuring in Session 10A (First 10-Weeks) and be issued a non-punitive grade of ""W"".
