Women's Swimmers Hit the Road to Take on Bloomsburg Friday

Last week, West Chester University's swim team traveled to Lehigh University, where they were defeated 176–67. Isabella Kil (Enola, PA/East Pennsboro) earned runner-up finishes in both the 200-yard individual medley and the 100-yard breaststroke, posting times of 2:10.99 and 1:07.81, respectively. Michalina Jasinska (Warsaw, Poland) placed second in the 100 backstroke, while Ditta Kowalik (State College, PA/State College Area) took runner-up honors in the 1000 freestyle.
In WCU's last dual match-up against Bloomsburg, the Golden Rams beat the Huskies 155-59 and have a history of 16 wins against two losses. Friday, the Women's Swimming team is looking to continue its improvement on the season as they get ready for the month on November that will bring the Total Performance Invitational at Kenyon University in Ohio.
