Oe Named PSAC East Athlete of the Week
LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its women's tennis weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and Yuno Oe (Yokohama, Japan/Nihon University Senior High) earned PSAC East Athlete of the Week honors after a pair of strong performances last week.
LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its women's tennis weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and Yuno Oe (Yokohama, Japan/Nihon University Senior High) earned PSAC East Athlete of the Week honors after a pair of strong performances last week.
Oe had a strong week for West Chester in PSAC East play, going a perfect 2-0 in singles action, including a 6-2, 6-0 victory in her first singles debut at Shippensburg on Tuesday and a 6-0, 6-0 victory in second singles action at Lock Haven on Saturday afternoon.
West Chester will be back in action on Tuesday afternoon, beginning at 4 p.m. against East Stroudsburg.
