ITHACA, NY - A pair of West Chester University women's gymnasts were named Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) Division II Regular-Season All-America by that coach's organization.

Sr., Lily McFarland (Baltimore, Md.) was named first team on the balance beam while teammate Caroline Cascadden (Ashburn, Va.) was named second team on the same event. All-Americans were determined by the individual's National Qualifying Score.

McFarland posted an NQS on the beam of 9.835 while Cascadden posted a score of 9.825.

McFarland was a first team All-GEC pick on the balance beam and a three-time all-conference selection during her college career. She finished seventh on the balance beam at the GEC Championships.

Cascadden, one of the captains of the Golden Rams gymnastics squad, is in the midst of her best collegiate season. She is a balance beam and floor exercise specialist, who earned first-team All-GEC accolades in both events. Cascadden is ranked tied third on beam in the GEC. Cascadden tied the school's balance beam record twice this winter with a 9.875, before breaking the record with a 9.9 during her senior meet. Her performance also helped the Golden Rams break their team record on the beam with a 49.15.

McFarland, Cascadden and the rest of the Golden Rams gymnasts will host the 2024 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships April 12-14 in Hollinger Field House.
