WEST CHESTER, PA - The West Chester University cheerleading squad will appear at the 5th Annual Rams Let's Walk on Sunday, September 10 at 9 a.m.

Rams Let's Walk is a 5K walk and run to support student health and athlete mental health initiatives. The WCU Cheerleaders will be on campus to help support and cheer on runners and walkers throughout the course. WCU cheerleader, So., Maddie Polansky (Lansdale, Pa./North Penn), will also be running in the race.

Mental health and suicide prevention awareness are topics near and dear to WCU Athletics, affecting WCU student-athletes and the community directly. It's important to bring to light such sensitive topics in order to normalize the conversation, unify our community, and validate the necessity for providing resources and support to student-athletes.
