The United Soccer Coaches Association released its Division II women's soccer All-Region squad on Tuesday morning and five Golden Rams earned All-Region honors as Kaitlynn Haughey (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Charter) and Faith Matter (Middletown, Pa./Middletown) copped First Team honors, while Jacqueline Graham (Toms River, N.J./Toms River North), Julia Raybold (Elizabethtown, Pa./Elizabethtown), and Alyson Cutter (Warrington, Pa./C.B. South) earned Second Team recognition.

Haughey and Matter are both repeat selections from a year ago as the duo earned First Team All-Region honors in 2022 and eventually United Soccer All-American recognition when that was announced later in December. This is Haughey's third First Team All-Region certificate, as she was also honored by the loop at the end of her stellar rookie season in 2021.

For Graham, Raybold, and Cutter, this honor comes as the first United Soccer All-Region honor of their careers following outstanding 2023 seasons.

Matter, the PSAC East Player of the Year in 2023, turned in another excellent season for the Golden Rams as a sophomore, scoring 12 goals, including five game-winners with 11 assists for 35 points on the year. This 35-point season stands as eighth best in single-season program history, moving her into eight in career points with 60 on her career. The sophomore scored two goals in the NCAA Tournament, notching the game-winner against Frostburg State in the Opening Round before scoring the tying goal, eventually forcing PKs in the Atlantic Region Championship game against Gannon last Friday afternoon.

Haughey was named the MVP of the 2023 PSAC Championships after scoring a goal in both the PSAC Semifinal and Championship game while assisting on another, finishing the year with five goals, including two game-winners and three assists to her credit.

With these honors, Matter and Haughey advance to the Division II Women's Soccer All-America Ballot. The 2023 United Soccer All-America teams are expected to be announced on Thursday, December 7.

Cutter turned in another strong season for West Chester in 2023, ending the season second on the team in scoring with eight goals, including three game-winners and four assists for 20 points on the season. Cutter's most recent game-winning goal came in the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament as the junior logged the lone shot on goal for the Golden Rams against Kutztown, resulting in the eventual game-winner over the top-seed Golden Bears.

As a senior, Raybold enjoyed a breakout 2023 season, logging the fourth most minutes of any field player for West Chester in 2023 while scoring three goals, including a game-winner to go along with an assist for seven points on the year.

Graham, the final All-Region honoree of the year for West Chester, ended the year third on the team in minutes played, filling a vital role on the West Chester backline. In her role on the backline, Graham helped guide West Chester back to the Atlantic Regional Championship game, holding opponents to just 0.78 goals on the year and just under five shots on goal per game. West Chester posted 12 shutouts on the season, including a pair to open the NCAA Tournament. This figure also ranks second in the PSAC, trailing only Mercyhurst, who finished the year with 13 clean sheets.
