- Haughey, Pungello, Corless, and Graham Earn CSC Academic All-District HonorsWEST CHESTER, Pa.- The Collegiate Sports Communicators released its women's soccer Academic All-District squad on Tuesday morning. West Chester had four players honored once again in 2024 as Kaitlynn Haughey (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Charter), Victoria Pungello (Jackson, N.J./Jackson Memorial), Lauren Corless (Old Bridge, N.J./Old Bridge), and Jacqueline Graham (Toms River, N.J./Toms River North) were all recognized by the Association.
- Women's Soccer Lands Four on All-PSAC East Squad; Matter Repeats as Athlete of the YearLOCK HAVEN, Pa.- Faith Matter (Middletown, Pa./Middletown) repeated as PSAC East Athlete of the Year to headline a group of four Golden Rams on the First Team All-PSAC East squad on Wednesday afternoon. Matter was joined on the first team by Jacqueline Graham (Toms River, N.J./Toms River North), Alyson Cutter (Warrington, Pa./C.B. South), and Kaitlynn Haughey (Philadelphia, Pa./Penn Charter).
- Women's Soccer Falls to Kutztown in PSAC Quarterfinals, 1-0WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The second-seeded West Chester University women's soccer team (10-7-1) returned to action on a brisk Tuesday afternoon on Rockwell Field against third-seeded Kutztown (10-3-6) in the PSAC Quarterfinals. West Chester battled throughout the afternoon and applied heavy pressure to the Kutztown defense late in the second half, but the Golden Rams were denied the chance for their consecutive PSAC Championship as the Golden Bears scored midway through the second half to escape Rockwell with a narrow 1-0 victory.
- Matter Named PSAC East Athlete of the WeekLOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its women's soccer Athlete of the Week awards on Monday afternoon and junior Faith Matter (Middletown, Pa./Middletown) was named PSAC East Athlete of the Week after an excellent game at Millersville last Wednesday night.
- Women's Soccer to Host Third-Seed Kutztown in PSC Quarterfinals on Tuesday Afternoon; Important Fan InformationWEST CHESTER, Pa.- After concluding its regular season on Saturday afternoon vs Shepherd, the second-seeded West Chester University women's soccer team (10-6-1, 9-6-1) is finishing its preparations for an important PSAC Quarterfinal clash against old rival Kutztown (9-3-6, 7-3-6) on Tuesday at 1 p.m. on Rockwell Field. Tuesday afternoon's clash will be the 52nd meeting between West Chester and Kutztown, although it will be just the seventh PSAC Tournament clash between the two rivals and the first since 2014.
