Men's Swimming and Diving Lands Three on CSC Academic All-District Squad
WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The Collegiate Sports Communicators released its men's swimming and diving Academic All-District selections on Wednesday afternoon and West Chester had three student-athletes honored as Dalton Fink (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary), and Tyler Czeiner (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) were all recognized by the Association for their efforts in the pool and in the classroom.
Demesy, Henry, and Mazurek Sweep PSAC Men's Swimming Postseason Awards
LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- On the heels of its 37th PSAC Championship and another strong showing at the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships, the West Chester University men's swimming and diving squad swept the PSAC Postseason awards as Paul Demesy (Saint Ulrich, France) repeated as Athlete of the Year, Christian Henry (York, Pa./Central York) earned Rookie of the Year honors, and head coach Steve Mazurek was named Coach of the Year.
Demesy Finishes Second in 1650 Free on Final Night of NCAA Division II Championships
INDIANAPOLIS- Paul Demesy (Saint Ulrich, France) was the national-runner up in the 1650 free in a conference-record setting time of 15 minutes and 4.21 seconds to help lead the West Chester University men's swimming and diving squad on the final day of the NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships at the DII Winter Championships Festival in Indianapolis on Saturday evening.
Men's Swimming Competes on Fourth Day of NCAA Division II Swimming and Diving Championships
INDIANAPOLIS- The West Chester University men's swimming team was back in action on Friday for the fourth day of the Division II Swimming and Diving Championships as a part of the 2025 Division II Winter Festival.
Nagy Earns Honorable Mention All-American Honors in 400 IM
INDIANAPOLIS- Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary) finished 10th in the 400 Individual Medley in 3 minutes and 52.71 seconds after earning a spot in the finals in 3:53.20 during the morning prelims.
