Men's Golf Finishes in Tie for Second at Metropolitan Intercollegiate
WEST ORANGE, N.J.- Patrick Carl (Mount Airy, Md./South Carroll) used a birdie on the par-four ninth and an eagle on the par-five 10th to shoot a 77 and finish third (+7; 70, 77; 147) on the individual leaderboard at the Metropolitan Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon. Carl was one of two Golden Rams in the top-10 as he was joined by Evan Jozwiak (Sinking Spring, Pa./Wilson) in sixth at +9 (74, 75; 149) and helped lead West Chester to a second-place team finish with a 36-hole score of 609 (295, 314). West Chester led after day one but shot a 314 on day two as Seton Hall stormed back to capture the team title by three strokes over the Golden Rams in the final Tournament of the fall season.
