WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The No. 20/22 West Chester University baseball team (30-9, 12-6) improved to 15-0 at home this season with a pair of victories over Bloomsburg (14-23, 4-14), dispatching the Huskies by 7-3 and 7-1 finals on a picture-perfect Friday afternoon in West Chester.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The No. 20/22 West Chester University baseball team (28-9, 10-6) is preparing to return to action this weekend for another important PSAC East series against Bloomsburg (14-21, 4-12) beginning on Friday afternoon. For the first time since the last weekend in March, conditions look favorable for baseball on both Friday and Saturday, meaning that the Golden Rams can expect to play the series as scheduled, playing Bloomsburg in a home doubleheader on Friday before visiting the Huskies on Saturday. Both doubleheaders will begin at 1 p.m.

INDIANA, Pa.- Evan Jozwiak (Sinking Spring, Pa./Wilson) fired a four-over 75 to lead West Chester in the opening round as the Golden Rams finished with a team score of 316 to sit eighth in the team standings. Jozwiak's 75 was good enough for third on the individual leaderboard, while Adam MacMillan (Cranbury, N.J./Princeton) shot a six-over 77 to sit 11th on the individual leaderboard after the first round.

LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- West Chester University junior Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary) was named  Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Top 10 award recipient for the winter season it was announced on Wednesday afternoon.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The Collegiate Sports Communicators released its men's swimming and diving Academic All-District selections on Wednesday afternoon and West Chester had three student-athletes honored as Dalton Fink (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), Kolos Nagy (Szazhalombatta, Hungary), and Tyler Czeiner (Douglassville, Pa./Daniel Boone) were all recognized by the Association for their efforts in the pool and in the classroom.

Action is slated to begin on Friday afternoon with field events at 2:30 before getting back underway at 9 a.m.

PRINCETON, N.J.- The West Chester University women's rugby team was back in action on Sunday at the Emperor 7's Tournament in the Garden State as the Golden Rams concluded their regular season at Princeton University.

PRINCETON, N.J.- Following its third straight WCU 7s Invitational crown last weekend, which included a wins over Frostburg State, Quinnipiac, and Navy, the West Chester University women's rugby squad is ready for its final 7s Tournament of the spring regular season on Sunday in Princeton at the Emperor 7s Tournament. MANSFIELD, Pa.-The West Chester University softball team (28-13, 14-10) returned to action on Friday afternoon at Mansfield (8-26, 6-20) in an important PSAC East clash against the Mountaineers. Looking to clinch a return trip to the PSAC Tournament in Quakertown, West Chester swept its second doubleheader of the week and improved to 5-1 on the week with a pair of wins over Mansfield, capturing game one by a 10-2 final in five innings before capturing the nightcap by a 9-5 final.

WEST CHESTER, Pa.- Winners of seven of nine, the West Chester University softball team (26-13, 12-10) heads into its second to last weekend of the regular season in need of a few more victories to secure its spot in the PSAC Tournament when it gets underway in Quakertown on April 30. West Chester will begin its hunt for these wins on Friday at Mansfield in a doubleheader beginning at 2  before hosting Shippensburg for Senior Day on Saturday at 1 p.m.
