LOCK HAVEN, PA – West Chester University was well represented on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division all-league squad that was released Wednesday afternoon with seven honorees, including four first-team members.

West Chester (17-0) also had a pair of individuals win a major award, marking the third straight year that the Golden Rams have been on that prestigious list. Graduate student Jessica Gorr (Exton, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) was named the Defensive Player of the Year while head coach Ginny Martino was named the Coach of the Year for the second straight season and fifth time in her career.

Joining Gorr on the first team All-PSAC East squad is senior attacker Julia Littlewood (Berwyn, Pa./Conestoga), sophomore midfielder Hannah Stanislawczyk (Mohnton, Pa./Gov. Mifflin) and senior defender Grace Frasso (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson). Second-team honorees include: Meg O'Donnell (Hatboro, Pa./Upper Moreland), Madeline Edinger (Perkasie, Pa./Pennridge) and Kendall DiCamillo (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley).

Frasso, Gorr and Stanislawczyk are all making their third straight appearance on the first team All-PSAC East squad while DiCamillo and O'Donnell are making their second appearance on the second team all-league ledger. Edinger and Littlewood are first-time honorees. The seven all-league plaudits is one shy of last year's total and is the sixth straight season in which West Chester has had at least seven members named to the All-PSAC East team.

Gorr, the 2023 Goalkeeper of the Year, put together another tremendous regular season for the Golden Rams leading the purple & gold to back-to-back undefeated campaigns. She set the school record for wins at 52 and has only lost twice in goal in her college career. Gorr leads the PSAC in goals-against average (8.07) and is sixth nationally. Her .510 save percentage is second in the league and sixth nationally as well. She ranks seventh in the PSAC in both saves and saves per game.

Frasso ranks among the Top 10 in the PSAC in four defensive categories. She is tied for third in ground balls and sits in third alone in ground balls per game. She is fourth in caused turnovers and caused turnovers per game. Her 2.47 caused turnovers per game ranks 20th in Division II.

Littlewood has authored perhaps her best college season this spring. She stepped into the role filled by the graduation of Lindsay Monigle and held down the quarterback duties from the 'X' for much of the year. Her eight assists and 10 points against Shippensburg were both career highs and solidified her role at the 'X'. She ranks second on the team in points with 62 while leading the squad in assists with 34. That total puts her third in the conference as does her assists per game (2.00).

Stanislawczyk has been … well … Stanislawczyk. She leads the team in both goals scored (78) and points (103) while also leading the team in draw controls (86) and ranking second in ground balls (42). She ranks among the Top 10 in the conference in six categories and among the Top 10 in Division II in four of those same categories. Her 78 goals is second in the PSAC to East Stroudsburg's Emily Mitarotonda, who was named the Eastern Division Player of the Year, and fifth nationally. Her 103 points is second to Mitarotonda and 14th in the country. However, her 6.06 points per game ranks fifth nationally. She is second in the league in both draw controls and draw controls per game (5.06). The high-scoring middie has 288 career goals, which is fifth in Division II history entering the PSAC Tournament semifinals and finals this Friday and Sunday.

DiCamillo has picked up two more ground balls than Stanislawczyk and leads the team with 44. She, again, has been a stalwart defensively for the Golden Rams and was so recognized with her second all-conference nod. Her 44 ground balls ranks eighth in the PSAC and her 2.93 ground balls per game ranks sixth in the conference. She also has caused 26 turnovers.

O'Donnell ranks third on the team in scoring with 45 points. Her 23 goals and 22 assists is a testament to her versatility and balance to the Golde Rams offense. She is sixth on the team in goals scored and third in assists.

Edinger, making her first all-league appearance, has filled in admirably for the injured Keri Barnett in the midfield. Edinger takes face offs, grabs draw controls, clears the ball and finishes at the other end as well. She ranks fourth on the team in scoring with 41 points while her 32 goals is third on the team. She scooped up 34 ground balls and is second behind Stanislawczyk with 62 draw controls. She also caused 18 turnovers.

West Chester, winners of the PSAC East in the regular season, take on Slippery Rock in the semifinals of the postseason tournament Friday at 4 p.m. on the campus of Seton Hill University.
